Our Artisan Vendor Village supports our fundraising event by creating a lively market that connects local artists, makers, and community members.

To be considered, vendors must offer handmade products of their own original work. Selection is based on originality, quality, and craftsmanship. Accepted mediums include but are not limited to photography, painting, drawing, sculpture, pottery, jewelry, stained glass, leatherwork, woodworking, knitting, sewing, and other 2D or 3D artwork or utilitarian items.

A limited number of small-batch food vendors may be considered if products are not meant for on-site consumption. Priority is given to items made with agricultural products produced by the vendor, such as jams, oils, vinegars, or salsas. Any samples must be very small and approved in writing at least two weeks before the event.

Community School reserves the right to prohibit any vendor from selling or to withdraw vendor privileges at its discretion.
Artisan Vendor Application Process

Thank you for your interest in being an artisan vendor. We receive a high volume of inquiries each year, and vendor participation is very competitive.

Due to limited space, priority is given to returning vendors from previous festivals. As a result, most artisan vendor spaces are typically filled by past participants. While there may be a small number of openings, this is not guaranteed.

Vendor applications for the 2026 festival are currently in process. While applications may sometimes be posted online, this year they will most likely be shared directly with returning vendors. If you would like to be added to our interest list for future opportunities, please email sfvendors@communityschool.net.

Important note: All vendor payments are made directly to Community School only after applications have been reviewed, approved, and the vendor list finalized. We do not request payment at the time of inquiry. Please be cautious of scams claiming otherwise.
