This virtual 5K is a great way to get out, get moving and support a non-profit school! You can complete the 5K distance however, whenever, wherever you choose. We ship you the berry sweet participant’s medal, and proceeds go to Community School!

What if the Grant doesn't Cover enough to make my Procedure Affordable?
If the Grant is not sufficient enough to make your procedure affordable, you can ask about additional resources that may be available to you such as financing companies that specialize in funding patient procedures.
How much will I need to Cover after the Grant is Applied?
The Grant is up to 20% of the cost of your treatment plan. You would be expected to contribute as a co-payer toward the balance of your procedure.
Your payments can come from your personal financial resources such as a credit card or savings account.

Can I get Competing Quotes from other Clinics?
Depending on your location, we can provide you with several options from which to select a practitioner that participates in our program.
Do participating Practitioners inflate their fees?
Of course not.
In fact, most clinics advertise their fees on their website so you are able to see the cost of the procedure in advance of attending for your consultation.
How can I pay for the part of the procedure not covered by the grant?
You may pay your portion of the treatment using any usual method of payment such as credit card, debit card, or cash.
You may also qualify for funding from a third-party finance company. (Interest rate and credit approval applies)
In most cases, you may not be able to use any publicly funded insurance programs to pay for cosmetic or elective surgery.
In some circumstances, there may be limited coverage from an employer sponsored health spending account. Ask your insurer and a participating dentist for details.
Is there a fee for the Consultation?
Usually, there is no consultation fee charged by the practitioner. If there is a consultation fee, they will advise you upfront before scheduling your consultation.
How Qualified are the Pactitioners in this Program?
All participating Practitioners are skilled, compassionate surgeons that usually have many years of experience.
